THECREATOR Education Pvt. Ltd. is founded and led by M. A. Rehman, a physicist, researcher, and education innovator committed to transforming school education into a concept-driven, research-oriented, and problem-solving ecosystem.

M. A. Rehman’s academic and research background lies in molecular physics, radiation biology, high-energy astrophysics, astrochemistry, and astrobiology. He worked for over 25 years at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, under the Department of Atomic Energy, where he carried out advanced experimental and computational studies involving electron ionization of biologically important molecules and radiation interactions. He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in international journals, reflecting strong contributions to scientific research. Driven by a vision to reform school education, he took voluntary retirement from TIFR and has since dedicated his entire time and energy to educational research and development at the school level.

Driven by the limitations of traditional chalk-and-talk teaching, M. A. Rehman developed the PBL-TDLE Model (Problem-Based Learning with Teaching by Demonstrations and Learning by Experiments). This model transforms classrooms into advanced scientific concept labs, where every concept is investigated and verified by students through experiments and applied through structured problem solving.

Under his leadership, the PBL-TDLE framework has been successfully implemented at The Creator International School, demonstrating strong outcomes in concept mastery and problem-solving ability. Students have delivered unprecedented and outstanding performances in national and international examinations, including BPhO, AMC, AP, and other Olympiads, reflecting the effectiveness of the model in developing high-level academic excellence.

M. A. Rehman also founded THECREATOR Education Pvt. Ltd. to scale this model across schools through structured partnerships, AI-enabled academic systems, and comprehensive concept lab setups. The organization integrates scientific experiments, real-world problem solving, and AI-driven insights into everyday classroom practice from early primary through K–12.

Beyond classroom transformation, M. A. Rehman actively guides students for global academic pathways, supporting admissions to top universities in the UK and USA, along with preparation for international examinations such as AP, AMC, BPhO, SAT, and competitive national exams like JEE and NEET. Under his guidance, students have achieved outstanding results in national and international competitions, including global recognitions in British Physics Olympiad (BPhO) and American Mathematics Competitions (AMC), along with consistent high performance in other international assessments.

Notably, these achievements have been realized while operating from a small town and working with students from rural and village backgrounds, demonstrating that with the right pedagogy and system, students can compete and excel at the highest global level. This success stands as a strong validation of the effectiveness of the PBL-TDLE model in delivering real academic outcomes.
