Our vision is simple and powerful:

  • Those who have actually done Chemistry should teach Chemistry.

  • Those who have actually done Biology should teach Biology.

  • Those who have actually done Mathematics should teach Mathematics.

The objective of NTP is not only to prepare students for examinations like JEE, NEET, Olympiads, AP, AMC, BPhO, and other international competitive exams, but to prepare future innovators, researchers, scientists, technologists, and leaders.A nation becomes a leader only when its people create solutions, technologies, discoveries, inventions, and products that contribute meaningfully to humanity.

If education does not develop the ability to create solutions to human problems through Science and Mathematics, then it cannot produce innovators, contributors, or global leaders. NTP aims to build a generation that can think independently, solve complex problems, innovate fearlessly, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of humanity through Science and Mathematics.

Anything that demands real-world application should be taught by those who have real-world experience in it.

A simple example is car driving.

A person who has only attended lectures on driving, watched videos, or read books about driving cannot truly teach driving effectively. Only a person who has actually driven cars on real roads understands how to control, balance, respond, judge situations, and handle real challenges while driving.

Similarly, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics are far more complex and deeper than driving a car. They involve observation, experimentation, analysis, creativity, innovation, and problem solving at advanced levels.Therefore, these subjects cannot be mastered through lectures, rote learning, chalk-and-talk teaching, or textbook-based content delivery alone. If students are trained only through lectures and memorization, they may reproduce information in examinations, but they will not become creators, innovators, scientists, engineers, or problem solvers capable of developing solutions for humanity.

A person who has worked on real scientific problems, designed experiments, handled scientific instruments, published research papers, and contributed to scientific knowledge understands how Science actually works beyond textbooks.

That is why NTP is built and guided by a team of researchers and scientists who have worked in the country’s top research institutes of international repute, including institutions such as Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) and other leading scientific centers.At NTP, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics are taught only by mentors who have actively worked in these disciplines and contributed through research publications in international journals.

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) through Teaching by Demonstrations and Learning by Experiments (TDLE) is an advanced K–12 learning framework for STEM subjects.
